ALMCC Annual General Meeting

The meeting commenced at 8.25pm with 47 members present.

The 2007 A.G.M. minutes were read and adopted.

The President thanked all previous Committee members and helpers for the past year.

Financial report

The Club made a profit of $600.78.for the past financial year.

Election of Office Bearers

The members voted for the NEW Committee as follows:-

There were NO changes to the Club's Constitution although copies will be made for the Committee and any member that requests a copy.

The members voted that Club Fees will expire on 30th June each financial year and the fees remain unchanged.

On behalf of ALL the Members of A.L.M.C.C.a donation was made to a member who has had a recent catastrophe.

A new Life Member was nominated and accepted. Congratulations to Darryl Rayner

The Accountant for 2008/2009 will be Gail Fraser and Co.

Other Information from General Meeting

Anyone who want to practice at Eastern Creek on Friday 24th October, please contact Tom White on 0404 796782.
The cost will be $125 per team.Must have M.A. National Licence.
Garages $25 each
6x 20 Minute practice sessions.
This could be the start of a great thing for next year if successful.
So far only 3 teams have contacted Tom, so think about it and give him a call.

Bathurst 2009 - 21st and 22nd February 2009.

The Club has been invited to attend Bathurst on this weekend for the 12 Hour Race. We can have a display for the Club and receive discount admission. We might also be able to participate in 1 demonstration lap of the track. As we get more info, we will let you know.
