FoSc(Festival of Sporting Cars) is holding a meeting at Wakefield Park on Good Friday 6th & Easter Saturday 7th April 2012.

Sidecars may be invited to this meeting so keep two days of Easter free to come to the celebration of their first meeting at Wakefield.

We will keep you informed as more details are available.

As you are probably aware, ALMCC had the X'mas Party in conjunction with the Presentation on 3rd December at Toad Hall (Mark's place).

The weather was fantastic with a sunny afternoon & fine evening.The guest started arriving around 5pm & kept coming until about 8pm. We had about 50 people in total, although it was hard to judge as people were all over the place looking at Mark's toys, playing with Slot Cars, Skateboarding on the driveway & socialising.

The BBQ started around 6.30pm & as usual every one brought way too much food & the Presentation started around 8pm. (see Presentation report on website).

After the Presentation, the boys decided to play with the toys.Mark decided to try his hand at Driveway Luge.BAD MISTAKE, alcohol plus luge don't mix. He came off big time & both knees,elbows,arms & most of his face ended up on the tar.What a mess, skin off everywhere.Fortunately he did not need to go to hospital although there was enough blood to donate to the Red C ross.  I hope he is recovering OK

The Raffle was donated by Nick McKirdy & won by Warren Reynolds.It took $125.20

We also sold a few T shirts to help boost the club funds.

A Big Thank You to all who attended & brought plenty of food & drinks as well as Mark,his Mum & friend who helped with the cooking.

From all the Committee of ALMCC we hope you have a safe Christmas & New Year. Look forward to seeing you all next year at the Track or Club Meetings.
